Nichole Kathol serves as LTC’s Director of Research. She uses her extensive experience in jury research and communication research design to ensure all of LTC’s mock trials and focus groups are executed at the highest level.

Having taught collegiate courses in communication research design, public speaking, interviewing, small group communication, and persuasion, she applies evidence-based insights to help clients navigate complex legal challenges. Nichole is known for her ability to foster strong relationships with attorneys and clients, and demonstrates a steady presence under pressure and excellence in every engagement.
