Liz Thompson has consulted on a wide variety of cases and provided sound advice to trial teams since 1997. She has implemented hundreds of research programs across the nation, designed to analyze jurors’ perception of all types of cases, such as, product liability, medical malpractice, premise liability, toxic tort, patent infringement and invalidity, contract disputes, professional liability. She is recognized for her ability to synthesize research results into actionable recommendations and how to help clients best present their position.

Liz has assisted in preparation of c-suite executives, engineers, healthcare professionals, scientists, managers, and truckdrivers for deposition, jury and bench trial testimony, and regulated utility matters before Public Service Commissions. Regardless of experience, Liz connects with each witness and helps them understand how to effectively communicate to jurors. Liz has also assisted counsel with jury selection in numerous courts across the country. This includes development of juror profiles, based on sound research, to development of supplemental questionnaires, working counsel on the best voir dire strategy, and tracking juror responses to help support rationale for cause challenges and recommendations for peremptory strikes. 

Liz Thompson received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s and doctoral coursework in Communication at the University of Kansas.
