Molly Outland is a Trial Consultant at LTC. Molly’s work includes litigation involving intellectual property, fraud, whistleblower actions, breach of contract, employment, personal injury, and class actions.

With a master’s degree in forensic and legal psychology from Marymount University, Molly brings a strong research-driven approach to jury consulting. She has a keen ability to analyze large data sets, uncovering patterns and themes that inform trial strategy. Molly regularly leads mock trials, reviews and synthesizes mock jury data, researches trial venues, develops questionnaires for jury selection and mock trials, and facilitates group discussions—all with the goal of helping clients craft compelling case narrative.
