Angie Hickox is Managing Consultant at LTC. In her role, Angie oversees a team of talented consultants and provides top-notch advice to LTC’s clients. Angie has earned a reputation of a trusted advisor to clients facing challenging, complex civil litigation. Her advice is tailored, direct, and based on sound research; she is passionate about helping counsel and witnesses understand and reach jurors through effective communication strategies. Angie has worked on a wide variety of IP matters in the nation’s most active courts for patent litigation. In addition, Angie’s practice has included work on antitrust matters, DOJ and qui tam actions, contracts, consumer class actions, and various products liability, toxic tort and employment matters. Angie is adept at identifying the key strengths and challenges of each case and designing case narratives that help jurors organize the evidence and argue her client’s case in the jury room.
Angie earned her master’s degree from the University of Kansas in Communication Studies, with a focus on rhetoric and argumentation. During her time at KU, she was an undergraduate teaching assistant in public speaking and rhetoric and moderated focus groups for the Commission on Presidential Debates. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in Communication Arts and Spanish Language from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
Angie is dedicated to advancing the profession of jury consulting, taking an active role in the professional association. She currently serves as the Vice President of the American Society of Trial Consulting.
